Absolute Honey LLC.
Absolute Honey, LLC is a proud family owned and commercial beekeeping business based in North Dakota since 2010. Owners Cory Schwarz and Candace Molitor, alongside, manager Gary Molitor and his wife Delaney, Office Manager, have been working together in order to
create a business and lifestyle we are proud of and hopefully see into the future. We are excited to include and pass on our knowledge and love for beekeeping to our granddaughters Oaklee and Burlee here in North Dakota as well as our distant grandchildren Cadence Eliza and Triphon in Idaho.
One thing that is of great value to us is our landowners who allow us to place beehives on their land. Without this partnership, what would we do would not exist. We respect the relationships we have established over the years and are grateful for each landowner and their families for their support of our business. We look forward to the future with continued support from our
landowners and the communities we serve.
We also work closely with H2A migrant workers. These hard-working and dedicated workers are a pillar in our success as beekeepers. They spend many months away from their families and home in order to work and help us keep our bees healthy and thriving. We have grown close and see these men as part of our extended family. They have been devoted to helping us through successful seasons as well as poor seasons.
We spend many months away from home, traveling with our bees to California, Texas and South Dakota. While we are in California, our bees are placed in Almond orchards for pollination from Jan – April. Then we move on to Texas for rebuilding our colonies. In late May – June we
bring the bees back home to North and South Dakota for our honey production season.
One of the best times of the year is when we are finished extracting honey, we take the time to visit the landowners and deliver honey to them. We are able to touch base with the families and reminisce about the past year and what to look forward to in the coming year.
Beekeeping is not for the light of heart, we have spent so many hours of hard work and dedication, with traveling and much loss. Yet we have found that our relationships and traveling are the reward of our success.
